The identity verification (KYC) at 999bb is required before your first withdrawal is processed, or once your wagering volume reaches a certain threshold. You will need to submit a photo of your RG or CNH (front and back) and a proof of address issued within the last 3 months. This is a one-time process and takes up to 24 hours. Once approved, future withdrawals are released without any additional steps.

If you've lost access to your account, contact support — never create a new one.

To permanently close your account, contact support via 24h chat and request account closure or permanent self-exclusion. Any available real money balance will be returned to your registered Pix key. If the reason is gambling-related difficulties, we strongly recommend opting for formal self-exclusion — it includes additional protections. Learn more on our Responsible Gambling.

Bonuses & Promotions

On your first deposit at 999bb, you receive a 100% match bonus on your deposit — up to R$ 500.00. The bonus is credited automatically, no promo code needed. Deposit R$ 50.00 and play with R$ 100.00; deposit R$ 500.00 and play with R$ 1,000.00. The bonus carries a 30× rollover requirement on the bonus amount (not the total), valid for 30 calendar days from activation.

Rollover is the betting volume required to convert your bonus into withdrawable cash. At 999bb, the welcome bonus rollover is 30× the bonus amount. Example: if you deposited R$ 100.00 and received R$ 100.00 as a bonus, you need to wager R$ 3,000.00 (R$ 100.00 × 30) to unlock the bonus for withdrawal. Slots and crash games contribute 100%; sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%; live casino and roulette contribute 10%.

If the rollover is not completed within the 30-day period, the remaining bonus balance is automatically cancelled. The real money you deposited stays intact and remains available for withdrawal or new bets — only the unconverted bonus is removed. Sports Betting

A 999bb covers the major Brazilian and South American football competitions: Brasileirão Série A and Série B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and Recopa Sul-Americana. We also cover the top international leagues and domestic tournaments from around the world. Each match offers dozens of available markets: final result, Asian handicap, over/under goals, corners, cards, goal scorers, and much more.

Live betting at 999bb let you bet while the match is in progress, with odds updated in real time as the score and game situation evolve. To access, go to "Live" in the sports menu and see all events currently available. Odds change quickly — if you click on an odd and it changes before you confirm, the system will notify you and ask you to confirm the new value. Automatic acceptance of smaller changes can be configured in the settings panel.

Yes, 999bb offers parlay bets (also known as accumulators or combo bets). Simply add selections from different games to your bet slip and the odds are multiplied together — increasing your potential payout, but requiring every selection to be correct in order to win. Selections from the same game cannot be combined in a parlay. The maximum number of selections per parlay bet is 15 events.

In general, bets confirmed on the 999bb cannot be canceled by the user after confirmation — this is standard industry practice. Exceptions apply in cases of a verified technical error on the platform's part or when the 999bb cancels events for operational reasons, such as a Brasileirão match being postponed. In those cases, the full bet amount is refunded to your account balance.

If a Brasileirão match or any other competition is canceled or postponed before it begins, the 999bb cancels all bets placed on that event and returns the full amount to the account balance. For parlay bets, the cancelled event's selection is removed from the parlay — if at least 2 valid selections remain, the bet stays active with the odds recalculated without the voided selection.
