Terms and Conditions of Use — 999bb Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and 999bb ("Platform", "we"), which operates the site 999bb.best and all associated services, including Sports Betting, online casino, poker, roulette, crash games, and the VIP Program.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any promotion, or using any feature available on 999bb.best, you confirm that:

• Has read and fully understands these Terms and Conditions;
• Has full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Brazilian law;
• Agrees to comply with all rules described here and any other supplementary policies of 999bb, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use after any updates are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

To create an account on 999bb and use its services, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Not be listed in any active gambling self-exclusion program;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the registration form;
• Maintain only a single account active on the platform — registering multiple accounts under the same holder is strictly prohibited.

The 999bb reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts of users who do not meet these requirements, without prior justification. False information provided during registration may result in immediate account cancellation and the retention of any existing balance pending the conclusion of an internal investigation.

The 999bb follows Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering regulations and sports betting market rules.

We may request the following documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• Recent proof of address (water, electricity, gas bill, or bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (bank statement or screenshot from the banking app);
• A selfie holding your ID document, when requested.

Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe — generally 72 hours from the request — may result in a temporary withdrawal hold until the matter is resolved. The 999bb keeps all documents strictly confidential, in compliance with the LGPD.

The 999bb accepts exclusively Brazilian payment methods, with no currency exchange and no additional fees charged by the platform:

All deposits must be made by the account holder — third-party deposits are not accepted. Deposits identified as coming from unauthorized sources will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

The 999bb may refuse deposits that raise reasonable suspicion of irregularity, without being required to inform the user of the reason.

The 999bb processes withdrawals to the same account or Pix key used for the deposit, in the name of the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP Program tier:

• Standard account: up to R$ 5,000.00 per day
• Silver: up to R$ 10,000.00 per day
• Gold: up to R$ 20,000.00 per day
• Platinum: up to R$ 50,000.00 per day
• Diamond: up to R$ 100,000.00 per day

The standard processing time via Pix is up to 5 minutes after the request is approved. For Platinum and Diamond members, the timeframe is even shorter. Withdrawals that require additional KYC verification may take up to 72 hours to process.

Progressive jackpot prizes exceeding R$ 50,000.00 may be paid in installments, in accordance with the specific terms of each game, which will be communicated to the user at the time of the win.

The 999bb offers a welcome bonus, periodic promotions, weekly cashback, and VIP Program benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, as well as the general rules outlined in this section.

General bonus rules:

• The welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00;
• The standard rollover is 30× the bonus amount — not on deposit plus bonus;
• Rollover completion deadline: 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited;
• Bonuses not completed within the designated period are automatically canceled, with no impact on your real-money balance;
• Each game type contributes differently to the rollover: slots and crash games contribute 100%; live casino and roulette contribute 10%; Sports Betting contributes 100%;
• Using bonuses to cover bets on events with odds below 1.50 for the sole purpose of meeting rollover requirements is prohibited;
• Rakeback and cashback bonuses from the VIP Program carry only a 1× rollover and are credited automatically with no request needed.

The 999bb reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice, and to revoke bonuses from users found to be abusing or misusing promotions.

The Sports Betting section of 999bb covers football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and major domestic leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports with markets available according to the schedule.

General Betting Rules:

• All bets are confirmed at the moment you click "Confirm Bet" — cancellation is not possible after confirmation, except in cases of a clear odds error published by the platform itself;
• Bets placed after an event has started (live) are subject to automatic market suspension and may be voided if a technical failure occurs in the odds update;
• If an event is postponed, single bets remain valid for up to 48 hours. If no confirmed rescheduling occurs within that period, the bets are voided and the amount is returned to the balance;
• The 999bb may cap the maximum bet amount per event or market at any time, without prior notice;
• Combo bets (multiples) covering more than one event follow the same individual rules — if one selection is voided, the multiple becomes a bet on the remaining events.

The platform reserves the right to review bets that show patterns inconsistent with normal betting behavior and may withhold payments during an investigation, notifying the user of the timeline and reason.

The casino at 999bb offers slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, crash games, casino poker, and live game shows, provided by licensed and audited suppliers. All digital game outcomes are generated by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator).

• Minimum bet varies by game and table — starting from R$ 1.00 on slots and live game shows;
• The declared RTPs (Return to Player) are audited by independent laboratories and reflect the theoretical long-term return — they do not guarantee results in individual sessions;
• In the event of a technical failure during a round — connection loss, software error, or server interruption — the round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the user's balance;
• Your full gaming history is available in the account dashboard for up to 90 days;
• Progressive jackpot results can be verified upon request to support, with the winning round hash available for review.

The 999bb is not responsible for connection failures caused by the user's device or network during a gaming session.

The VIP Program at 999bb is automatic for all registered users. No separate sign-up is required — every valid bet earns points that are automatically counted in the user's profile.

• Levels: Silver (500 pts), Gold (5,000 pts), Platinum (20,000 pts), Diamond (50,000 pts);
• Progression: based on points accumulated since registration — with no level regression;
• Points: Sports Betting earns 1 pt/R$ 10.00; live casino 2 pts/R$ 10.00; slots and crash games 3 pts/R$ 10.00; poker cash game 4 pts/R$ 10.00;
• Expiration: points never expire as long as you place at least one bet within any 90-day period;
• Rakeback: credited every Friday with a 1× rollover on the bonus amount;
• The 999bb reserves the right to modify the VIP Program parameters with 30 days' notice to affected users.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999bb:

• Opening multiple accounts using the same CPF or in someone else's name;
• Using automation software, bots, or any tool that simulates human action;
• Exploiting technical loopholes or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using a VPN or proxies to bypass geographic or account restrictions;
• Collusion between players at poker tables or in the live casino;
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful activity under Brazilian law;
• Bonus abuse: circular betting, hedging, or any strategy explicitly aimed at meeting rollover requirements without genuine risk;
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior toward support staff or other players.

Any identified prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, bonus cancellation, balance retention pending investigation, and, in serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities.

Users may request account closure at any time via the support chat or by emailing contato@999bb.best. Before closure, any pending withdrawals of real-money funds (excluding bonuses) will be processed as normal.

The 999bb may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any item in these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illicit activity;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Request by competent Brazilian authorities;
• Inactivity for more than 24 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, balances arising from irregular activity may be withheld. Real-money balances obtained legitimately will be returned to the account holder once the review is complete.

The 999bb is committed to responsible gambling and provides tools to help users stay in control of their activity on the platform:

• Deposit limits: users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly in the account dashboard. Decreases take effect immediately; increases have a 7-day processing period to prevent impulsive decisions;
• Session limits: automatic alerts when the play time limit set by the user is reached;
• Temporary self-exclusion: the user may block account access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure, with no possibility of reversal after 30 days of confirmation;
• Specialized support: the 999bb team includes professionals trained to identify and support users showing signs of problem gambling.

The 999bb is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the outcome of bets and games, which are inherently random;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events;
• Connection failures originating from the user's device, internet provider, or network;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in protecting their credentials.

In all cases, the maximum liability of 999bb is limited to the real-money balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident, except in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the platform.

The platform uses backup and redundancy systems to minimize downtime, but does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service availability.

The 999bb may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian legislation, regulatory adaptations in the betting market, or improvements to the services offered.

Material changes — those that significantly affect users' rights or obligations — will be communicated with at least 30 days in advance via registered email and an in-platform notification.

Minor changes — such as text corrections, updates to previously established limit values, or wording adjustments — may take effect immediately upon publication on the Terms and Conditions page, with the update date indicated at the top of the document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of the District of São Paulo/SP.
